We are looking for enthusiastic researchers who share our interest in chemical ecology. Please see below for appropriate positions.
Location: NCBS
Students who have completed their masters degree (preferably Chemistry) recently (2016-2017) are eligible to apply for this position. The responsibilities would include learning MS techniques and analyzing plant hormones and other small metabolites. Students should be willing to learn MS with dedication and are expected to become independent LCMS users. Salary will be according to JRF payscales with HRA. For details please email us. We are looking for good postdocs who can think and design experiments independently. Students who have recently finished their PhD in biochemistry, chemistry, ecology or related fields are encouraged to apply. Please submit a relevant research proposal with experimental details and valid research questions while applying. Application without the research proposal will not be considered. Email response cannot be expected for applications without a good research proposal.

Students with their own fellowship could apply anytime. After initial discussions, they will be offered a position in the lab based on interview/discussion.
